About 6 minutes, 53 questions. It merges short versions of the Big Five, working styles and motivation tests. The full tests take about twenty minutes and are more precise.
Is it really free?
Yes. The test and your result need no sign-up. A workspace for your team is free for up to five people, with no card.
Which personality frameworks does it use?
The Big Five, through the 20-item Mini-IPIP, a published short form of the public-domain IPIP scales. A working-styles test in the DISC tradition. And a motivation lens drawn from the Enneagram.
Can I use it for hiring or performance decisions?
No. Throughline does not score candidates, rank people or judge culture fit. It helps people who have chosen to take part work together better.
What happens to my answers?
They are stored so your result page works. If you do not keep your result or create an account, they are deleted after 30 days.
