Cookies and analytics.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, Zenovay, PostHog and Google Analytics to measure how this website is used. None of them is used for advertising — Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off — and we do not track you across other websites. Unless you actively allow analytics, they run without cookies, using identifiers that last only for the current tab. If you do allow analytics, PostHog sets a first-party cookie (ph_*) and Google Analytics sets one (_ga*), each for up to 12 months, to recognise a returning visit.
In the UK and outside the EEA, analytics run by default, as permitted for statistical purposes under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations. In the EEA they run only with your consent. We honour Global Privacy Control signals. You can object at any time:
Checking your setting…
In the United States, other than California, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washington and Illinois, we also record website sessions — pages, clicks, scrolling and cursor movement — to identify usability problems. Form entries are masked and the site guide's conversation is excluded. Recordings are deleted after 30 days, and switching analytics off stops them.
Your browser also stores items needed for features you use: your analytics choice, and the site guide's conversation and panel settings. Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which may set its own cookies. We log visits from automated crawlers on our server; this involves no storage on your device.
Who we share it with.
We use the following service providers, which process personal data on our behalf:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel | Hosting, security logging, analytics, AI gateway | United States, EU |
| AI model providers, via Vercel's AI Gateway | Generating the site guide's replies | Varies |
| Supabase | Storing enquiries and free test results | United Kingdom |
| Resend | Sending form emails and notifying our team | United States |
| PostHog | Product analytics, heatmaps, session recording | European Union |
| Google (Google Analytics) | Website analytics | United States, EU |
| Zenovay | Website analytics | See provider's policy |
| Cal.com | Scheduling calls | United States, EU |
We may also disclose personal data to our professional advisers, or where required by law. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, including the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on the ICO's international data transfer agreement or addendum.

Your rights.
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@trythroughline.co. We will respond within one month.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
